Using my photography, I create articles, portfolios, and short films that forward objectives set in place by researchers, activists, and native peoples to achieve conservation successes. I also work to raise public awareness and boost understanding for the value of our incredible wildlife, which sustains all ecosystems worldwide so that we humans can live.

"The film follows wildlife and conservation photographer Joshua Asel as he hikes to the peak of Pinnacles National Park to photograph the largest and most endangered bird in North America—the California Condor. It has now won multiple awards after completing a one-year international film circuit, including Outstanding Documentary and Best Short Film."
